We opened our doors in April 2000 with the idea that we wanted the beautiful mountain to be somewhere that we would like to go to ourselves.  We always strive to use the best quality ingredients from local suppliers, organic when possible, which helps us to produce good, wholesome and honest food which we hope you enjoy.
